Lee Canyon Extends Ski & Ride Access of Historic 2018/19 Winter Season through Sunday, April 14, 2019

LAS VEGAS (Apr. 2, 2019) –Thanks to the biggest snow year in nearly a decade at Lee Canyon, during which 214 inches of snow fell, the resort is extending its historic 2018/19 winter season through Sunday, April 14, 2019. Lee Canyon, Southern Nevada’s premier year-round destination and a POWDR property, was originally slated to close Sunday, April 7. During the extended week, from April 8-14, 2018/19 season passes will be honored and day lift tickets will be available for $39. Skiers and riders are also encouraged to take advantage of limited time only, early bird pricing on 2019/20 season passes. Lee Canyon’s closing festivities on Sunday, April 14, 2019 include giveaways, live music, and a pond skim competition where participants will be judged on costumes, splash, and crowd reaction. The competition starts at 11 a.m. and awards are at 3 p.m. and prizes include an All-Access 2019/20 season pass. Skiers and snowboarders must have a season pass or single-day lift ticket to participate in the competition.

Current Ride Local card holders receive complimentary lift access Monday, April 1 through Sunday, April 7, and can purchase day lift tickets for $39 to ski and ride Lee Canyon Monday, April 8 through Sunday, April 14.
